Key Financial Services began operations in 1988, and is owned by Hovig and Aida Dimejian, the owners of Century 21 Golden. With a number of experienced loan officers, Key Financial Services is small enough to insure personal, caring service, and large enough to have access to the largest and most reputable lenders throughout the area.

While all the different loan programs may seem confusing, it gives us the opportunity to tailor a loan program to your exact needs:For the first time buyer with good credit, but little or no money available for a down payment, there are a number of 100% financing programs available. There are even programs available where you can have no down payment and finance up to 103% of the purchase price with your loan. For the buyer with good credit, but an inability to document their income, there are a number of 100% financing programs available - even for 3 to 4 units on an owner occupied basis.For the buyer with previous credit problems such as a prior bankruptcy or foreclosure Key Financial Services is an approved FHA lender and also has a number of other lenders who can provide financing with small down payments and competitive rates. For the buyer who wants a number of different payment options, Key Financial Services has access to a large number of interest only, and adjustable rate mortgages, as well as home equity lines of credit. Once we identify the program best meets your needs, we’ll package your loan application to ensure a prompt, smooth approval.
